Property Investing 101
As of October 2007, I own absolutely no property in NZ. Zip. That's all about to change however and I am creating this blog to track my climb from rung zero on the property ladder. I hope others can learn from my experiences, successes and mistakes and I welcome any questions or opinions you might have along the way.

Happy investing and if you find my posts useful don't forget to plugg my posts or drop me a comment to let me know!
