The Big Fat Lie
For 100 thousand years, humans ate fat, and I am not talking about canola oil here, I mean serious greasy saturated fat. It came from pigs, cows, sheep and even woolly mammoths. We didn't have tissues, so we wore it on our faces many hours after digging into a dead carcass.
If that wasn't enough, we headed straight to the internal organs, gorging ourselves on raw liver, as the meat was too tough to eat raw.

So that is what we evolved from, and I am proud to belong to such a resourceful ravenous species.
