Food, Fat, Cooking & Fermenting
In this section I want to share some food ideas that you may not come across very often. Some recipes maybe your grandparents knew about but your parents weren't interested in because they were too busy smoking weed at hippie festivals to be concerned about cooking.

So Gen X & Y, go visit your grans now and get them to tell you the secrets of a good healthy life because God knows, those baby-boomers taught you how to be selfish and reckless but never bothered with the things that really nourish you. Sure they love their vitamin pills, but you know very well that your grandparents could beat your parents in an arm-wrestle any day!
